Preparation and Aftercare

You may be asked to take particular measures after the final treatment, such as:
Not swimming
After the treatment, stay away from saunas and steam rooms for at least 28 days.
After the final treatment, avoid hard exercise for five days.
After the fourth day of your last treatment, you should start moisturizing your scalp (this is something you’ll be advised to do in between treatments).
